Health and Wellness for the Caring Professions – Summer Institute

Health and wellness for professionals is an important part of life.  Professionals, who are mindful of their own well-being and take steps to maintain it, are better able to support children and families in their road to wellness.  This Summer Institute aims to build capacity through the provision of stimulating, engaging and relevant information and techniques about health and wellness through the exploration of practical tools and strategies that can be applied daily.  Participants will receive a certificate from the Mental Health Commission of Canada for “The Working Mind for First Responders” training.
